AMENDMENT NO. 4
2000 FEDERAL TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM

WHEREAS, the Federal Transportation Improvement Program (FTIP) is a three-year program of projects in accordance with federal planning regulations; and

WHEREAS, in order to qualify for certain types of federal funding, projects must be included in a Federal Transportation Improvement Program approved by the Regional Transportation Planning Agency; and

WHEREAS, these projects have been reviewed and are consistent with the Regional Transportation Plan and are recommended for inclusion in the Shasta County FTIP; and

WHEREAS, the projects are financially constrained, and conform to applicable air quality conformity requirements for Shasta County.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the 2000 Shasta County Federal Transportation Improvement Program is amended to include the attached changes to FTA section 5307 funds.

DULY PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of April, 2002, by the Shasta County Regional Transportation Planning Agency.
