RECOMMENDATION

This item is presented for Agency information only; no action is requested.

DISCUSSION

The Shasta County RTPA has been a member of CALCOG for many years. CALCOG is an association of regional agencies, throughout California, that promotes interests and issues unique to regional agencies. It could be considered akin to the League of California Cities or the California State Association of Counties.

Attached is a summary of the January 26, 2004, Directors meeting.

This item was discussed at the February 10, 2004, TAC meeting.
