The Shasta County Regional Transportation Planning Agency's newsletter, the TransPorter, debuted in 1998. The TransPorter is published quarterly as part of the Shasta County RTPA's Public Involvement process. The goal of the newsletter is to inform the reader of our activities, processes, and programs.
