AVIATION IN SHASTA COUNTY
The California Aviation System Plan (CASP) is prepared by the California Department of Transportation, Division of Aeronautics and is updated every 5-years. The law requires CASP to be developed in consultation with Regional Transportation Planning Agencies, such as the Shasta County RTPA.
